Senior Service Experience Designer

The main goal of our Service Experience Designer team is to design and create a smooth, trouble-free, smooth customer experience during concept creation and product development.
As a new member of our team, you will be tasked with how we can coordinate our customers ’pain scores during various product developments to achieve the maximum customer experience.

• End-to-end representation and management of complex processes and projects
• Concept creation related to the introduction of new products, prototype testing
• Creating effective solutions from ideas
• Value-creating collaboration with related squads

• You have been dealing with service design for more than 3 years
• You have already been involved in projects of multinational companies
• You know and understand the main steps of product development and what it is and how it is related to Service Design and Design Thinking, UX, UI concepts
• You already know and have used the Design Thinking methodology
• It is characterized by customer focus, business approach, logical thinking
• You are able to formulate and deal with problems at a high level and in detail
• It is characterized by creativity, proactivity, assertive communication skills
• Your advocacy capacity is strong
• You are able to carry out a service design project yourself
