These tasks await us:
You must represent the user experience and interests in collaboration with business areas, UX/SD designers, and developers. Your task is to channel customer perspectives into developments (product and service) and interfaces.
Support colleagues through workshops (problem exploration, idea generation, concept creation, etc.) to find the best solution, taking into account stakeholder and customer problems and needs.
SD support for foreign team members and international projects.
You are the ideal candidate if
• you have a degree and at least 2-3 years of experience as a Service/UX designer
• you understand both business and development aspects while representing users
• you like to make things better and solve problems
• you are characterized by a structured, complex way of thinking
• you can coordinate tasks/projects – even from the idea to the implementation of plans
• you are used to holding workshops and you are fluent in English
• you can argue for your work, users and the solution
• you are empathetic, open and have good communication skills
• you work independently, but ask questions if necessary
• you speak English well
It is an advantage if
you • like to write and have the skills to do so
• can write in a way that is understandable and relevant to the target group (you understand what plain language is)
• have experience as a service/product owner
