Senior UX/ Service Designer

Your Role:
• Be an Innovator: Lead the adoption of service design methodologies within our IT organization, transforming how we approach user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with developers, product owners, managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Focus on the Customer: Gather insights through user feedback, identify service gaps, and craft new service experiences from concept to implementation.
• Champion Service Design: Empower the ‘Modern Worksplace’ team to apply service design frameworks, including conducting research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Document and Drive Results: Develop clear documentation and support the implementation of design-driven changes across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven expertise in service design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in a corporate environment.
• Strong research, communication, and facilitation skills to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• A passion for creating intuitive, meaningful, and sustainable service experiences.
