Senior Service Designer

As a member of the Service Design team, you will participate in the development of design standards that will be used for the development of all digital public services, as well as in the end-to-end design of your own services and those of our customers. With this, you will have an impact on the user experience of tens of thousands of cases and help millions of people use critical services. bought on both mobile and web platforms.

As a service designer, you will be responsible for creating design-focused standards, providing related education, and supporting the project in the case of high-priority services. The complexity of the system we are building can be compared to the systems of gov.uk https://design-system.service.gov.uk/ or USWDS https://designsystem.digital.gov/ .

We are looking for you if you have already completed several large-scale projects as a lead designer and you have at least 8 years of design experience.

Your tasks will be:

• You prepare and manage design standards and methodological guidelines
• With your professional knowledge, you actively support the end-to-end development of services in priority projects
• You take part in the research that establishes the basis for the development of life event-based service provision
• If an external supplier is involved, you evaluate the subcontractor’s work in the field of design

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of design (UI/UX, Product, Service or Interaction) experience
• A portfolio or relevant case study supporting your experience in end-to-end service design and its impact
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc.)
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and design best practices.
