Service Designer

Principal function:
•Manage the execution of the B2B Core products, through the life cycle, prioritizing the requirements of the product and the client.
Requirements:
•Completed studies in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering.
•Desirable Master’s student in Projects, Administration or Telecommunications.
• Desirable experience in developing, implementing and marketing a product or service, focused on the goals of penetration of the same in the market.
• Desirable experience in analysis and market trends.
• Desirable experience in carrying out a focus focused on market research.
•Desirable experience in the elaboration of business cases.
• Desirable experience in prototype design and proof of concept.
•Desirable experience in Design Thinking methodology.
•Capacity for analysis, problem solving and innovation focused on KPIs.
•Have 1 year in current position
Specific Knowledge:
Knowledge of project methodology, SCRUM, PMI
Technical knowledge:
Integration of technical solutions.
Design of user experiences.
Competencies and Skills:
•High orientation to investigate and innovate.
•Focus on results
•High communication with commercial and technical areas.
•High leadership.
