User Research – You plan qualitative user research, carry it out and lead the analysis and synthesis process in German and English.

Conception – You translate gained knowledge and information into value propositions, concepts and strategic frameworks.

Facilitation – You moderate innovation workshops together with customers and work in various project teams.

Project Management – You take care of stakeholder relationships and work responsively and efficiently within the project schedule.

You have completed a UX training / degree or are a career changer with relevant work experience, e.g. B. from the fields of psychology, marketing, computer science or design thinking.

You have experience with methods of the service design process and know how to experiment with them to get the best result for each project.

You are able to articulate and visualize your insights, ideas and concepts. Ideally, you have additional expertise in one or more of the following areas: user testing, UI design, business modeling, prototyping, data visualization and / or visual design.

You know how to pass on your knowledge and guide younger colleagues. In addition, you are goal-oriented and result-oriented and love to continue to educate yourself.

Fluent German and conversational English skills complete your profile.
