Service Designer (w/m/d)

Great tasks:

  • Implementation of customer research and market research results with simultaneous support in the creation of digital innovations
  • Concept development of customer-oriented solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Planning and execution of usability tests with interactive prototypes in order to receive customer feedback for possible optimizations
  • Understanding customer needs within the individual steps along the customer journey in order to (re) design digital touchpoints
  • Creation of service blueprints and ensuring feasibility during the entire development phase
  • Identification of optimization potential for customer acquisition and customer relationships in connection with our digital services
  • And last but not least: assuming responsibility for the end-to-end design process and working closely with the product owners and technical architects

Great requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team with fluent German and English.
  • Passion for taking customer experience one step further – with the courage to question conventional ways of thinking in order to understand the core of a problem and find better solutions.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy in order to understand user challenges and create complete user experiences.
  • The ability to translate customer needs gained in research into conceptual frameworks such as a value proposition (value proposition), customer journey maps and service blueprints.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and digitization topics, trends and challenges for end customers, especially in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of dealing with concepts such as design thinking, lean startup and lean UX as well as familiarity with the principles of high-performance agile teams.
  • Motivation and patience to coach and train the members of the core business as well as to serve as a strong communicator in the application of new methods, perspectives and state-of-the-art tools.
