Service Designer

Public Sector Consulting – Together with our highly motivated team, you will advise all levels of public administration – from municipal authorities to state and federal ministries and align them for the future.

Develop services – You will help shape the digitalization-driven modernization of the public sector in order to optimize public administrations and institutions together with your team. In addition, there is the opportunity to actively participate in the development of topics and in projects on the topic of digitization in the public sector and to gain deep insights into the development of innovative new business models.

Diverse tasks – To validate hypotheses, you will help design and test prototypes. Together in a team, you will derive strategies from the insights gained and develop ways to digitize administration. The focus is on the end users: you and your team will examine their behavior and the context of use, develop personas, customer journeys and design prototypes and service blueprints.

Individual support – As an intern: in addition to exciting tasks and working with experienced consultants, you benefit from offers from our internship program KIT (Keep in Touch).

Your Profile

You are studying communication science, communication design, psychology or a comparable course of study. In addition, you should have successfully completed at least the third semester.

Ideally, you have some initial knowledge of prototyping, UX / UI or communication design through relevant fields of study or relevant internships. In any case, you have an affinity for topics of digitization, eGovernment and public IT.

You are a communicative personality, like to show initiative and enjoy teamwork. In addition, good analytical skills as well as independence and the ability to articulate and visualize knowledge and ideas are among your strengths.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Adobe CC, Figma / Axure as well as good spoken and written German and English complete your profile. Show us your individuality and creativity through your portfolio.

We are looking for interns for a period of at least three months in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt.
