Your Responsibilities
- Champion Service Design and human-centred design
- Design and implement new services, and improve existing ones for medical staff
- Conduct User Research and outline the problem areas to ensure proposed solutions focus on the most pressing underlying issues
- Live and breathe our brand to the end-to-end service experiences and signature moments including user journey and human touchpoints
- Design the Service Blueprint ☝
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Design or something similar
- 4+ years experience in optimizing existing services, design new net concepts or services that reinvent a traditional method
- Exp within a consumer insights-led, iterative, test-and-learn design process
- Showcase work of design artefacts, service journeys and wireframes
