Service Designer (m/f/d)
Riverty
As a service designer in Riverty your work will be about creating sustainable financial services by bringing human centricity to life in our organization, to better help us understand the world we design and build for. You will explore, analyze, communicate and advocate on the topics surrounding bringing relevance in our services for the people they are aimed for.
You reside within the international UX team together with fellow researchers, designers and language experts but you will work across the organization doing your own research but also supporting your peers across Europe. We structure our work in what we call (user) Journey Teams and the Design System team, we meet up physically for UX huddles regularly and we collaborate daily with Product managers, development and marketing to name but a few.
