Are you the Service Designer who will make the difference in our design-led Salesforce implementations? Service Design is the key element in our customer and user centric approach transforming our client’s marketing, sales and service processes and organisation. You will be part of our Global Design & Business teams.

As strategic service designer you’re consulted to help mid-size and large enterprises with digital transformation, towards a more customer-centric or data-driven organisation by the use of Salesforce. You are thorough; combining a holistic view on the value we could bring our customers with an eye for detail. You’re able to envision our clients future way of working and delivering this vision on the digital transformation and design our clients future marketing, sales and services processes.
- You run the service design process as part of our Salesforce implementation projects in a way that their outcome meets clients needs, working closely together with our client and your colleagues.
- You are able to set up a highly collaborative environment during projects, within our multidisciplinary team composed of Salesforce-developers, architects, business consultants, product owners, scrum masters of Nextview and our client.
- You conduct fast-track user research, translating results into tangible and feasible future scenarios of end-to-end processes and user flows.
- You dive deep into our clients organisation, conducting business research to define and prioritise objectives and goals together with our client.
- Pre-sales: you support our sales representatives with your ability to define our clients design challenge via design workshops, co-create towards project approaches, RoM of implementation projects, ability to estimate delivery activities, objectives, budget and timing and describing deliverable.
- Account growth: you grow our footprint at larger international accounts and develop our design-led approach with design driven tools and assets.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- You bring along more than 5 years of experience designing digital services and experiences and/or digitizing business processes and you can enrich our own design team with a proven track record of Design tools and techniques.
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Design or Design research, strategic design management, digital design or related discipline or equivalent professional design training experience.
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to advocate the importance of design (thinking) during projects, to enthuse non-designers and create ambassadorship of our design-led approach within our Nextview community and our clients.
- Ambition to create value for our clients business via customer focused and user centered design-led approach.
- Being able to empathise and communicate on diverse levels of our customers organisation like direct user level and C-suite level..
- Experience as consultant or experience coming from an agency setting, being used to work in project settings for external clients is a plus.
- Industry knowledge within the fields of Manufacturing & Consumer products, Professional services & Utilities or Financial services is a plus.
