Lead Service Designer

YOUR TASKS

As a lead service designer, you will strategically advise customers of various industries and sizes. As a project manager, you will coordinate the development of holistic product or service strategies as well as the implementation of user research measures. With long-term development prospects, we offer you the opportunity to set specific priorities in relation to industry focus (Industry, Health, Mobility, Consumer), project and personnel management.

In addition, you will support our business development strategically and operationally in winning new exciting customers and developing the topic of design strategy for existing customers on a sustainable basis.

YOUR SKILLS

• 8+ years of professional experience in the field of service design.
• Enthusiasm for design and good service.
• Ability to reconcile design, strategy and profitability.
• Knowledge of UX strategy is an advantage.
• Good storytelling and illustration of potential solutions.
• Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design.
• Convincing communication skills
• Convincing customer advice
• You are fluent in German and English.
