- Optimize processes and touchpoints: You analyze and optimize existing processes and customer touchpoints.
- User Research and UX Research: You support comprehensive user research and UX research activities to gain in-depth insights into the needs and behavior of our users
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work in an interdisciplinary squad of product managers, developers and data analysts to conceptually design requirements and processes in our complex product environment.
- Workshops and design sprints: You conduct workshops and design sprints to develop new service ideas and create testable prototypes.
- Present results: You present your results and recommendations for action to internal and external stakeholders.
- Do pioneering work: You are one of the first service designers in our company and play a key role in building and establishing this discipline.
- Culture of innovation: You help foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

At our Berlin location, we are currently developing and operating the software systems for the ista Express Service with 17 product and software enthusiasts. Our agile team will continue to grow as soon as we find the right colleagues. The team fit is particularly important to us!
