Service Designer (f/m/x)

We are looking for you to join our Experience Design team as a Service Designer (f/m/x) as soon as possible.
We are IBM iX: Consultancy, digital agency, design studio and tech company combined. Our 1,200+ digital experts in DACH and Croatia provide agile and collaborative support to people, brands and organizations: from analysis and the initial idea, through business case, design vision and MVP development, to roll-out and operations.

Your Responsibilities
- You are in charge of stakeholder and user interviews, additionally you are conducting user and competitor research
- You are setting up workshops and presentations for our clients
- You are creating personas and user journeys, as well as developing navigation concepts and information architecture
- You are designing wireframes and prototypes in the standard tools of the trade
- Additionally, you are planning and contributing to user testing activities
- You are defining and managing the Experience Design requirements and own their documentation
- You closely collaborate with our customer’s stakeholders and their product managers
- You coordinate Experience Design activities across agile workstreams in collaboration with the client POs and Scrum Masters
- You perform change management and companion communications relating to the Experience Design
- You consult with our customers in all matters relating to Experience Design, identifying and spearheading new business opportunities
Your Capabilities
- You hold a degree in Product Design, User Experience Design, Visual Communications Design or equivalent
- Furthermore, you have minimum 6 years experience in digital design
- You show experience in the consulting industry and working with interdisciplinary design teams
- You have great know-how in the user-centric design process and Design Thinking methods
- In addition, you master all aspects creating personas, user journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes and click-through prototypes
- You are well versed with the standard tools of the trade (FIMGA, Adobe CC) and have extensive experience working in an agile project set-up
- You understand the fundamentals of software application technology and you are interested in innovative and emerging trends
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills – and a knack for consulting
- A very strong plus is previous experience in the financial industry (Banking, Insurance, Fintech)
- You display full professional proficiency in English (C1 Level). The same in German is a very strong plus
