Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Designer (m/f/d) you will collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver successful user experiences, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, and play a crucial role in modernising and simplifying our customer experience.
You can expect to work collaboratively with other designers, but also cross-team and cross-platform with other stakeholders to ensure consistent experience across all user touchpoints.
- Lead service design projects, including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Develop and communicate service blueprints that optimize and connect customer touchpoints across the product lifecycle.
- Analyze customer insights and product data to iterate and continuously improve end-to-end experiences for a variety of business areas.
- Provide mentoring and support to our younger designers and help them grow.
