Senior Service Designer (F/M/D)

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with experience who is passionate about his topic and wants to create exciting, value-adding products with us.
You can accompany Product & Service Discovery from start to finish and want to take responsibility for defining digital solutions that deliver real added value

• Definition of successful products and services from a user-driven and entrepreneurial point of view
• Analysis of insights, market conditions and trends
• Understand user needs and validate them with suitable methods
• Generating solution ideas in a team and successively validating and iterating
• The customer-based design of innovation workshops including on-site or remote implementation
• Preparation of validated solution concepts for implementation

• You have 5+ years of experience with a focus on service design and/or UX concepts in an agile & digital environment
• You can easily control multiple projects, workshops and workshop groups in parallel
• You are a real communicator who works confidently with customers and colleagues, no matter what the level
• You feel the team spirit – you like to help out in the team and live the term “better together” in everyday dealings
• You are always on the ball, love (digital) products and are inspired by new trends
• You have English and German language skills
