Your tasks
Design processes that delight customers.
As a Service & Process Designer (m/f/d), you will develop processes that are aligned with our customers’ needs – clear, understandable, and practical. Using creative methods from UX and service design, you will create workflows that combine quality and user experience. Your tasks at a glance:
- Recording and redesigning core processes with a focus on customer experience and user-friendliness
- Application of methods from service design, design thinking and co-creation
- Moderation of workshops and implementation of pilot projects with departments and locations.
- Modeling and documentation of processes according to governance requirements
- Design of process templates, role descriptions and guidelines
Your profile
- You have a completed degree (e.g., in economics, social sciences, health sciences, design, communication) or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in developing and redesigning processes with a focus on user experience or service quality.
- You confidently apply methods from service design, customer journey mapping, or design thinking.
- Ideally, you have already successfully managed interdisciplinary teams and understand how to integrate different professional perspectives, define common goals, and effectively moderate collaboration.
- You are characterized by empathetic, analytical, and conceptual-creative thinking.
