  • Gather insights from our Customer Interaction Strategy team to understand the importance of new initiatives and identify key factors in developing new services
  • Identifying key stakeholders within the project and ensuring requirements are captured, documented and integrated into the overall vision of the services, working closely with our ALDI countries
  • Design and prototype world-class services that connect digital, physical and human interactions across multiple touchpoints, intelligently bridging user needs, business objectives and technical realities
  • Develop the overall service design concept, including customer experience/customer journey, business rules, advertising design and brand guidelines in coordination with countries
  • Collaborate with technical teams to determine the right solutions to deliver the service vision and identify process, equipment and automation requirements 
  • Collecting and agreeing operational service metrics, theses and business requirements for relevant areas 

your profile

What you should bring with you.

  • Ability to view services as a whole and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure full implementation of initiatives 
  • Understanding and knowledge of the service design concept and working experience in a service design team/role
  • Experience in developing customer journeys and service concepts
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, excellent presentation and communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Successful work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Professional experience in agile team environments and the ability to promote design thinking 

Which is desirable.

  • Application of problem-solving skills as an integral part of driving projects forward (you use these every day in your everyday work)
  • Taking responsibility for tasks and implementing feedback as a means to continually improve results
  • Experience with digital projects or departments is an advantage
