YOUR MISSIONS:

• Structure and implement a service design approach , for large groups, start-ups, communities …
• Lead the creative direction of innovation projects, manage projects independently, directly with clients
• Encourage adherence to the project to ensure its internal adoption
• Represent the agency and its convictions
• Supervise an internal and external team of designers, sociologists, developers, consultants, etc. in order to achieve the objectives of demanding customers
• Adopt, test, develop new methods of innovation through design
• Actively contribute to the design and promotion of offers for customers

Essential skills

Develop and transmit a creative and strategic vision

Feed the creative phases with original inspirations (monitoring of uses, artistic references, etc.)

Map complex ecosystems to promote a holistic approach to a problem

Sketch, draw, design information

Design educational engineering, animation supports and facilitate co-creation workshops

Carry out usage scenarios, user journeys, functional diagrams of a service

Design the right levels of evidencing a concept, whether it is a digital service, a space …

Model and test protean services

Demonstrate and deploy the full value of design in business (strategic vision, rapid formalization, cultural and organizational transformation, clever deployment, etc.)

Collaborate with various skills (business model, management, transformation, ethnography) or carry them yourself in your innovation projects

Prototype / finely model digital services (wireframing, scripting of interfaces and UI variations) with expertise on several tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch …)

Evaluate the impact of a new service on an experience, a team …
