Service Designer

I am looking for someone to support me in driving change at GGL. I value experience and a good mindset before graduation so if you think you have what it takes contact me.

I want to support this person so if you have between 1 and 3 years of professional experience and you are able to show me how this experience applies to our needs, that’s fine with me.

MISSIONS

The missions will be diverse and varied, but overall I need someone to support me in the transformation of the GGL group and the management of change.

• User search
• Innovation watch, intra and extra-industry
• Management of methods projects (transformation of work habits and corporate culture)
• Innovation project management
• Internal and external innovation storytelling strategy
• Creation and management of design thinking training.

️. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

(You don’t have to check all the boxes but have a good selection from the list below)

• French written and spoken native or bilingual level
• Experience in agile method project management
• Experience creating, managing and analyzing workshops
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Experience in UX research (From creating objectives to presenting the report to conducting interviews).
• Experience in UX, EX or Service Design
• Experience with design software such as Miro, XD, Figma, Sketch or Adobe suite
• Good writing skills
• Good visual and editorial storytelling skills
• Good skills in Microsoft Office.
