Job description
Within the Design and Innovation division, you are in charge of missions on behalf of OTL clients, under the supervision of the Chief Design Officer, and with the support of internal teams. OTL’s clients are major private and public accounts, local authorities, destination management organizations, and start-ups.
Missions
The main mission lies in the overall management of projects in Service Design and Strategic Design based on so-called Design Thinking methodologies. Mainly these are missions in co-design of solutions with public and private actors to rethink their projects via creativity workshops, from the identification of the problem to the specifications to facilitate their development; and also to test innovative solutions in real situations on defined sites to confront them with new uses and measure their relevance.
This position will lead you to work on missions that include:
- strategic visions
- innovation, transformation programs
- service projects, digital platform
More specifically, you must:
- Understand the strategic issues and the ecosystem of a project
- Carry out qualitative studies and field observations
- Conceptualize and model issues (user journey, business processes, canvas business model, etc.)
- Prioritize and synthesize data to identify opportunities and challenges
- Prepare materials and lead Design Thinking workshops
- Make customer restitutions, be a force of conviction to bring recommendations and strategic choices.
- Control the times and budgets of the projects you are working on.
- Motivate and evaluate a project team
- Participate in the drafting of commercial proposals
Transversal missions related to OTL:
- Sourcing and meeting experts to iterate the improvement of missions
- Sourcing and meeting specific partners to enrich the OTL network and collaborate on specific actions:
- Support in the animation of the community: start-ups, partners, alumni and experts.
- Presence at some professional events to represent OTL.
Desired skills
Your profile :
You have between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in a consulting firm or agency.
Your expertise as well as your interpersonal skills allow you to establish relationships of trust with your employees and your customers. Your sense of organization, your creativity and curiosity, your taste for design, your rigor and your requirement for the quality of customer service are the qualities that characterize you.
Knowledge of the tourism sector, the start-up ecosystem, and innovation would be a plus.
