Service Offer Design Manager (F/M)

YOUR ROLE AND MISSIONS

AXA is launching its Work-Study campaign and is looking for a dynamic “Service Offer Design Manager (F/M)” in Corporate Savings to join its AXA Health & Collectives team. 

Under the direction of your tutor, you will actively participate in project management within a department specialized in financial products. As a real junior project manager, you will contribute to the design of new services to enrich insurance and company savings contracts. 

Your missions: 

• Conceive and design a range of services for Policyholders and Companies in conjunction with experts from the Savings Department and the sales teams. 
• Define the Services deployment strategy, formalize it, communicate it and optimize it based on field feedback. 
• Participate in the management of Service providers: Steering Committee, Project Monitoring Committee, operational management, improvement process, invoicing, contractual management. 
• Develop usage reports for internal management and customer satisfaction. 
• Analyze and improve the customer experience and user journeys (multi-channel approach). 

YOUR PROFILE

Required profile : 

• Master 2 student in a business school or university, interested in a work-study program at AXA. 
• Mastery of project management and rigorous work methodology. 
• Sensitivity to commercial, marketing, digital and/or financial product areas. 
• Good ability to research and formalize information. 
• Sense of listening to customers and constant desire to improve the customer experience.
