Service Designer

We are hiring a Service Designer to solve real-life problems for our customers in the healthcare industry, especially pharmaceutical companies. Through this job you will have a positive impact on individual patients’ lives as well as society as a whole.

You will guide our clients in understanding patients and healthcare professionals and in building more effective ways of working. Using service design, business design, and problem solving, you will help our clients to transform so they can succeed in the healthcare industry of tomorrow.

This job is focused on the healthcare sector and we work on the experience layer of that sector, looking into questions such as how patients experience the treatment journey and how our clients can create a better customer experience. Healthcare world experience is a huge plus but not required - if you are an experienced service designer but haven’t worked in healthcare, we ask that you are fundamentally interested in the sector and eager to learn!

What you'll do

• Help our clients map out robust patient and customer journeys
• Solve challenges related to customer experience and help instill customer-centric ways of working in our clients
• Help our clients navigate reorganizations and develop new ways of working
• Generate insights about difficult problems faced by the healthcare ecosystem and ideate solutions that benefit patients, partners, and society

What we'd like from you

• At least 3 years' experience as a service designer in an agency, corporation or public organization
• A talent for digging deeper beyond the surface to uncover the hidden meanings and motivations that drive people’s decisions and actions
• A genuine desire to improve the quality of life and quality of care in Finland and abroad
• You need to be able to work in Finnish, because many of our clients use it as their working language
