Service Designer

Agile Work
Together with the rest of the team, your task is to plan and implement quantitative and qualitative research of customer projects, as well as measures involving the employees and management of organizations, utilizing service design methods. You have the ability to listen, understand and, if necessary, also challenge the customer with a twinkle in the eye. Appeared naturally in front of both a small audience and the company’s management team.
What we search skills for
the appropriate task higher or lower degree, or the like (. E.g., commercial area, design profession, social sciences)
2-5 years experience in service design and / or customer sites operating in
deep service design methods, knowledge of, in particular, experience workshops withdrawal, interviews making and queries for the implementation of the
understanding of modern working environments; about working methods and developing the employee’s experience and developing the cultures and strategies of organizations
Strategic thinking, perceiving and conceptualizing entities makes sense to you
You speak and write fluent Finnish and English, other language skills are a plus
Office software, Google Workspace sheets, docs, etc.
Expertise in digital inclusion and co-development tools is considered useful.
Independent and self-initiated work and good team skills
Practical experience in leading and coordinating projects
Customer – oriented approach
Ability to develop internal processes and methods
Ability to simplify visually complex challenges and find solutions to them.
