We see service design as a holistic approach to service or business development. Service design is a type of team that requires the smooth integration of different areas of expertise and expertise at different stages of development work. Nitor’s service designers are versatile experts and team players for whom human-centered design and empathy are the starting points of the work. Our job is to help our customers identify the right and relevant problems and make the blur clear by visualizing and prototyping solutions. We do not believe in mutu and assumptions, but base our decisions and decisions on researched information. We also don’t believe in silver bullets or a couple of days of quick spins. We want to make an impressive, long-term and productive service design,
Role requirements
Our work requires an independent and active approach. We’re not managers, we put ourselves in the league and make things happen. We know the methods of service design from research to co-development and prototyping. Good facilitation and interaction skills are important as we communicate with agile development teams, business representatives and end users at different stages of service development. In this way, we bring different stakeholders together and also ensure an excellent end result for the service.
We expect you to have more than 5 years of experience in service design and a possible applicable degree in the field. We also value experience in operating in various industries. The teachings of change management and business development are also useful in the task.
