We see service design as a comprehensive approach to service or business development. Service design is a team sport that requires the smooth bringing together of different fields of expertise and expertise in different phases of the development work. Nitor’s service designers are versatile experts and team players, for whom human-centered design and empathy are the starting points of their work. Our task is to help our customers identify the right and meaningful problems and make the confusing clear by visualizing and prototyping solutions. We don’t believe in rumors and assumptions, but base our solutions and decisions on researched information. We also don’t believe in silver bullets or quick fixes for a couple of days. We want to make impressive, long-term and effective service design,
Role requirements
Our work requires an independent and active attitude. We are not managers, we put ourselves in the shoes and make things happen. We know service design methods from research to joint development and prototyping. Good facilitation and interaction skills are important, as we communicate with agile development teams, business representatives and end users at different stages of service development. In this way, we bring different stakeholders together and also ensure an excellent end result of the service.
We expect you to have more than 5 years of experience in service design and a possible applicable degree in the field. We also value experience in working in different industries. The lessons of change management and business development are also useful in the task.
