Senior Service Designer

We are looking for a data-minded Senior/Lead Service Designer to join the Tecnotree design team. In this role you will be collaborating with diverse stakeholders in building a better Tecnotree user experience.

If you are someone with high ownership, who enjoys innovation, and would like to work in an environment where you can express yourself and make a difference look no further. Tecnotree design team’s task is to develop digital user experiences that support our B2B telecom products.

In this position you would introduce design thinking and service design methods inside the product teams and be in a position to help define how we want to do design in the future.

What will you be doing?

• Support Head of Design in bringing the user empathy and understanding back to the business. Bringing back customer insights and turning it into action to create differentiating customer experiences.
• Support Head of Design in developing the way to bring customer journeys across the organisation. Establishing ways of gathering user feedback.
• Use variety of service design methods, tools, and artefacts to document, visualize, and tell the story of current and future state experiences.
• Help define, design, and support the delivery of end-to-end user experience excellence across our products.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Several years of service design experience.
• Good skills in facilitating workshops online/offline.
• Literacy in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify relevant data from multiple sources and display key insights.
• Fluent English and the will to work in a highly international and diverse environment. We do not require proficiency in Finnish as our business in conducted in English.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
