In this position, you will be able to solve especially big questions in the healthcare industry. How can residents get to the services they need as quickly and easily as possible? How do we get people to work in the field of healthcare and well-being and how can we help them cope and enjoy themselves at work? How should the patient and customer experience be developed in different therapy areas? How to get the greatest possible benefit from digitization and how to develop digital services so that they support the work of professionals, the residents’ service experience, effective health care and management?

In addition, our customer base includes Finland’s largest cities, which we help to develop both their own operations and the services offered to residents with the help of digital helping hands. At the moment, the issues on display are e.g. development of service networks, renewal of TE services and ESG reporting. In these or other of our clients in the private sector, you can work flexibly according to your own skills and interests.

Do you recognize yourself from the following points?

You get excited about conceptualizing complex entities, discussions and planning together. You master both new and old methods of building customer understanding, vision work and conceptualizing services. You have several years of experience in service design and experience in the field of health and well-being – either through client work or maybe you are a healthcare professional yourself. You still want to develop your skills in customer work and bring your own expertise to the full.

In terms of success in the task, it is essential that you know the everyday life of healthcare professionals and the activities of different communities, from hospitals to welfare areas. You may have been developing, for example, the patient experience, the work of professionals, treatment paths, digital services or patient support solutions. Basic health care, specialized medical care and social services are your home field, where you will work with certainty. Experience working with the pharmaceutical industry, various authorities or patient organizations is also a big advantage.
