Service Designer

Eesti Energia’s Idea Hub and new services development team is constantly looking for new innovative technologies and business models to develop them into new energy solutions that create value for customers.

It depends on you! As a service designer, you contribute to the creation of the customer’s journey and the design of future energy solutions. The goal of your work is to design innovative services and products that help our customers manage their energy consumption.

Your tasks are:

• collaborating with teams from different disciplines to define and design innovative energy services that meet customer needs;
• conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions;
• development and management of design documentation, including personas, roadmaps, service plans and trajectories;
• creating prototypes to introduce design concepts and conduct experiments;
• cooperation with development teams to ensure the implementation of the design solution according to the design requirements;
• continuous improvement of the user experience of existing energy services.

We welcome you to our team if:

• you have a higher education in design, service design, interaction design or a related field;
• have at least 3 years of work experience in service design or a related field;
• you have the ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or InVision;
• you have knowledge of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles;
• you know agile development methods;
• you have very good communication and self-expression skills;
• you speak Estonian and English at a very good level.

Knowledge of the Russian language will be useful.
