Service Designer

Design, improve, and orchestrate the development of user‑centered services, ensuring coherent, efficient experiences aligned with the organization’s strategic business objectives. Act as a bridge between user needs, internal processes, and the organization’s technological capabilities.
Job Requirements
Academic Background: Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, or related fields.
Complementary Training: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Service Design, Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Blueprints methodologies, as well as user preference research.
Experience / Career Path: Experience applying Service Design, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies. Background in service design, customer experience, UX, processes, or similar roles.
