Service Designer who plays a central role in the development of the digital solutions of the future, and who ensures a strong membership experience
We are looking for a Service Designer who will play a central role in the development of the digital solutions and products of the future. As a Service Designer, your primary role will be to represent the voice of our members and ensure that their interaction with LB Forsikring results in a strong membership experience.

You will be responsible for leading the design across multiple products, platforms and end-to-end scenarios for our members. You will be associated with an interdisciplinary team in Digital Development, and you will play a central role in driving the user experience for some of our most used digital solutions and products. It is important that you keep in mind both the business objectives and the needs of the users in everything you design.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • to define and implement the design process through all phases from idea to implementation,
  • to conceptualize ideas that bring usability to the digital solutions and products of the future,
  • to plan and facilitate workshops and design prints,
  • to perform user tests and analyze user feedback,
  • to map and build member travel,
  • to apply your expertise in Human Centered Design, Approach and Methods, and
  • to inspire your colleagues and spread the knowledge of CX and Service Design methodology at LB Forsikring.

Experienced and creative Service Designer who has the user’s needs in mind
We imagine that you have, for example, an education in UI Design, UX, Communication or a similar field combined with a minimum of 2 years experience in designing user experiences and mapping user journeys from either agency or an organization with great digital user interaction.

You have a strong understanding of the use of data and insights for the development of future-proof product design, and you have experience of working across channels – both offline and online. Your interest in exploring new platforms and technology as well as knowledge of the possibilities and challenges within user involvement bring you easily into play in your argumentation.

You also have experience in leading design processes, facilitation of workshops and design prints, and then you come up with a solid toolbox containing wireframing, prototyping, user testing, etc. Finally, experience from an agile development environment will be an advantage.

The most important thing is that you think the user into everything you do, and have a good CX method apparatus rooted in research and interaction design.

As a person, you are creative, curious and ready for change with a user-centered spirit. You are a strong communicator who knows when to insist and when to accept a compromise. Finally, you can analyze and break down complex design problems as well as work strategically and structured to transform business goals and user needs into member-focused design solutions.
