🔍 What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead and support design work across industries and domains — always grounded in journeys and insight. Tasks include:
- Creating journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks to align teams around what matters
- Working hands-on with journey management tools (like TheyDo) to track, prioritize, and manage ongoing transformation
- Leading or contributing to UX design and digital product development in Figma — from concept to handover
- Conducting research with users, stakeholders and markets through interviews, surveys, and workshops
- Turning insight into actionable strategies, narratives and presentations that move clients and colleagues
- Collaborating closely with both clients and teammates — sometimes running solo projects, other times working two-by-two
🧠You might be a fit if you…
- Have strong experience in service design, UX, or related fields
- Can navigate between systems thinking and screen design with ease
- Are confident leading workshops, presenting insights, and guiding decision-making
- Know how to make complex information clear, visual, and engaging
- Are fluent in tools like Figma, Miro, TheyDo (plus Hotjar, GA or others)
- Thrive in dynamic settings where your work shapes both products and organizations
- Speak Danish and English fluently
- Want to work on premises i Copenhagen.
