The Role consists of:
- Develop resources and design tools: customer journey maps, blueprints, service patterns, etc.
- Ensure the end to end of the user experience in new transformational challenges
- Implemented experience Strategic and Service Design
- Deep knowledge of the different methodologies to obtain qualitative and quantitative data
- Research experience in strategic design (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint)
- Experience moderating workshops and co-creation sessions
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis capacity to obtain insights
- Experience developing: Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps Good management of UCD methodologies
