Job description:

Our ideal candidate is one with between 3 and 5 years of experience designing services. With proven experience in all phases of the design process, complete portfolio of work, with skills to discover the needs of users through the system of products and services, design of experiences and solutions centered on people and with the ability to work autonomously and to apply digital knowledge to their work.

Must Skills:

• Studies in Communications, research, strategy, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• Adobe, Figma and/or google.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing service flows and user experience.
• Experience leading complex strategies for user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers.
• Portfolio of service design samples.

Responsibilities:

• Works with minimal support by influencing and guiding others.
• Design experiences and solutions centered on people.
• Communicates solutions, usually in the form of models, Flows, Journeys, Blue prints, Wireframes, Documentation or Prototypes.
• He listens to the needs of technical and commercial stakeholders and interprets them in a clear way for both audiences.
• Design based on evidence and contexts.
• Contributes to and is responsible for the UX service strategy, interface structure, and project-level interfaces.
• Create systems and frameworks to organize information and help users understand how the solution or service will work and behave over time.
• Employs user-centered design processes, conducts research with users and stakeholders.
