Service Designer

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Service Designer!

In your role, you will define and ensure good service design practice, while influencing, leading and guiding others.

You must have experience interpreting the results from research and a good understanding of the context, to design ideal, responsible experiences that add value, leading them to implementation in a collaborative manner, orchestrating and mobilizing multidisciplinary areas and teams.

You must know how to move through the different stages of the design process, have experience with agile frameworks to arrive at solutions that will satisfy the needs of both people and the organization.

Your job will be the application of service design for the financial sector, ensuring a high level of quality, a focus on problem solving and mobilization between teams.

We are an implementation-oriented studio, so we want someone who can dream with their feet on the ground.

Requirements:

+3 years of experience in Service Design.

• Knowledge and analysis of research in design.
• Experience in implementing services that imply understanding of the operating model.
• Experience implementing design with agile frameworks.
