** Required Knowledge:

-Usability and information architecture.
-User experience.
-Design of services.
-Agile methodologies.

** Description of the Service:

-Collection of information through quantitative and / or qualitative research methods.
-User experience maps defining optimal operational and / or functional attributes.
-Design of experiences and digital interfaces, incorporating content that facilitate communication between the product or service and the users.
-Navigation flows.
-Prototypes to simulate, test and iterate digital experiences in products or services, early
-Design of high-fidelity digital interfaces.
-Analysis of user experience in relation to the digital projects implemented.
