We are looking for professionals with a great capacity for innovation, creativity, impact and influence to carry out the position of Service Designer .
The purpose of the position will be to contribute to the implementation of the Strategic Projects of the organization, designing and building new trips, thus improving the experience of our users. In addition, support in the implementation of pilots to detect obstacles / difficulties that may arise in the service and then provide solutions.
Principal functions:
Implementation and monitoring of the pilots related to the Omnichannel Experience project.
Redesign or modification of user trips based on the information collected in the implementation of pilots.
Design of new user trips.
What do you need to apply?
Up to 2 years of experience in the position.
Careers: Design, Graphic Designer or related.
Master of Advanced Design (MADA) (desirable)
Experience in service design / user experience.
Management of G-Suite tools.
