What should I do?
– Design and execute strategy and service design processes for unit clients.
– Design and facilitate workshops and collaborative experiences for unit projects.
– Translate the results and products of work experiences into diagrams and prototypes.
– Lead and coordinate work teams
– Research and propose benchmarks that inspire the Unit team and that allow exploring new approaches and methodologies.
What requirements do I need?
– You are a professional with knowledge and experience in Service Design who is capable of leading processes for the creation of new services.
– Accounts with more than 4 years of experience in similar positions
– You have great creative and executive capacity.
– You have experience facilitating workshops for diverse and complex groups.
– You love researching, conceptualizing and designing strategies, services and products to generate value.
– You have the ability to analyze and summarize the team’s work to find opportunities for improvement.
– You have the ability to lead and coordinate work teams.
– You have command of Spanish and English at an advanced level.
