Service Designer

We are looking for professionals with a great capacity for innovation, creativity, impact and influence to perform the role of Service Designer .
The purpose of the position is to participate in all those CLA projects that can impact the experience of our affiliates, ensuring their consistency, alignment and comprehensiveness, in order to ensure that they are consistent with Caja los Andes’ strategy and the defined experience. by Experience Management.
Principal functions:
- Redesign or modification in the trips and/or blueprint of the ideal affiliates to re-adapt them if necessary.
- Design of new trips and/or affiliate blueprint.
- Survey of customer needs with service design tools.
- Manage with UX/UI teams the deliverables for the elaboration of models and tests.
- Carry out tests and/or pilots to improve the experience, which can be face-to-face.
- Participate in the development of cross-cutting projects that impact customer experience.
- Share good practices and experience standards defined by the Experience Management in the different teams where it is assigned.
What do you need to apply?
- Up to 3 years of experience in the position.
- Training: Design, Graphic Design or related career.
- Master in Advanced Design (MADA) (desirable)
- Experience in service design / user experience.
- Management of G-Suite tools.
