Mission
Responsible for contributing and facilitating, mainly through Research, critical systemic changes in the search, purchase and delivery of construction materials in addition to the business model.
Responsibilities
- Perform primary information gathering with ethnographic techniques.
- Conduct interviews and qualitative research.
- Use tools to visualize the service such as archetypes, actor map, journey maps, blueprint and ensure consistency of contact points
- Support the detection of needs, patterns and discovery of Insights.
- Test and design experiments to implement improvements in the service and experience.
- Incorporate the customer’s perspective in business decisions in different instances.
- Facilitate and direct internal and external co-creative instances.
requirements
Required Education:
- Design, commercial engineering or related career
Management of design programs:
- Adobe Creative Cloud y Figma.
- Use of design methodologies (eg design thinking, double diamond)
- Experience with applied research for design and its different phases and associated tools
Work experience:
- 1 year of experience in service area (exclusive minimum)
