Understanding Workplace Bullying

Through the following set of questions, we want to get a deeper understanding of how workplace bullying manifests itself for designers and if there are differences amongst certain groups.

During the last 6 months, how often have you been subjected to the following negative acts in the work place?

Bullying occurs when a person, repeatedly and over time, is subjected to negative treatment from one or more persons, in situations where the victim has difficulty defending him or herself. It's not bullying if two equally strong persons are in conflict with each other.
