Our client, a well known insurance company, is looking to add a talented Service Designer to join their team in downtown Toronto.
What’s needed:
- 3+ years of experience in research and omnichannel service design.
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative UX research methods, such as in-depth interviews, user testing, surveys, etc.
- Portfolio of work showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Knowledge of UX research tools
