Service Designer

The position is within the Enterprise Transformation Team of Shared Services Canada (SSC). SSC delivers modern, secure and reliable IT services to federal organizations, so that they can, in turn, deliver digital programs and services that meet Canadians’ needs.
Experience requirements:
• Experience in service design across varied users and business problems, with driving and applying user-centered design processes OR with running UX mandates;
• Experience creating experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, personas, and/or low or high-fidelity prototypes;
• Experience in planning, designing, facilitating and synthesizing interviews, focus groups and workshops;
• Experience analyzing and translating research data into meaningful insights and powerful stories.
Skills and assets:
• Ability to work and deliver in fast-paced or high-pressure environments;
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English;
• Great listener, and strong communicator.
