Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a UX Designer
- A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or appropriate discipline
- Relevant professional certifications
- Experience as a Service Designer on a minimum of three (3) or more engagements, the most recent within the last twelve (12) months.
- Experience providing Service Design advice, processes, software usage and toolkits to incorporate user requirements into low fidelity prototypes (e.g., wireframes) that address the user requirements end-to-end. This requirement includes user testing and iteration practices to adjust the prototype to respond to test findings. While the initial service design work is applicable to client benefits and services that are currently in progress.
- Experience conducting primary and secondary research in order to create personas, omni-channel journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience as a service designer for a digital transformation project that modernized process, organization, technology
- Experience in a leadership role managing more than 5 stakeholder groups.
- Strong consulting and leadership skills
- Demonstrates strategic and systems thinking
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Designs processes to improve user behavior, systems at scale, collaboratively with the UX & UI Designers.
