Service Designer

What you’ll do (together with us and our clients)

• You’ll prepare and design effective co-creation, tailored to the client’s challenge.
• You’ll manage and facilitate those tracks, from start to launch.
• You’ll research, participate, guide and inspire our clients throughout these tracks.

What we’re looking for

• You are passionate about learning and finding ways to inspire and transfer knowledge.
• You know and incorporate the key design thinking, business design and innovation methodologies
• You love to design and facilitate workshops, finding the right mix of inspiration and exercises to get the most value out of a workshop.
• You are intrigued by really understanding your end-users and know which research approaches to use to dig deeper.
• You get a kick out of distilling patterns and insights from a wide set of data.
• You are a creative brainstormer and know how to visualise ideas so they can be validated.
• You translate the validated ideas into a viable and feasible concept, business model and roadmap.
• You are fascinated by the ever-evolving digital landscape and can spot opportunities that could add value to our clients.
• You know how to grow and nurture group dynamics.
• You get things done and coordinate with internal and external partners to achieve to best possible result.
• You have min 2 years of relevant experience.
