Service Designer

What are you going to do?

• As a Service Designer you help our customers achieve their digital dreams. You identify problems, develop an appropriate strategy and present it to management with enthusiasm and conviction.
• You are a master at setting up and facilitating workshops that will answer the needs and questions of our customers
• After an intake interview with the customer, you translate this into a first high-level ‘approach’.
• You know better than anyone who and how to involve stakeholders to arrive at the blueprints for concrete digital products.
• You can detect pitfalls and ambiguities in time and discuss them with the customer.
• You show initiative and leadership in cashing in quotations
• In addition to guiding clients in their ambitious projects, you also make time to stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in today’s digital solutions.
• You present these results to new customers in inspiration sessions and you help to draw up strategic (digital) plans.
• For existing customers, you review the possibilities to further improve their digital products every quarter, and you also propose this.
• You help build the icapps brand through innovation from a functional perspective.

Wanted: following expertise…

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a service designer in (medium) large companies or agencies. A background in business analysis, UX and/or research is a plus.
• You have strong presentation skills and get your energy from leading workshops with senior management. You convince customers of your ideas and conclusions thanks to your creative approach, your enthusiasm and your thorough experience.
• You have the talent to collect, analyze and convert relevant information into a concrete plan of action.
• You have experience with user interviews, customer journey maps, empathy maps, value propositions, etc.
