What your future may hold

• We focus on tailor-made solutions for our customers so you will be working closely together to understand their needs. Good communication skills and wide interest might come in handy!
• Client Teams are at the core of the whole agency, so you’ll also be involved in the bigger picture. Together with Strategists you’ll dive into our clients’ business and their customers. You will also work closely with a UI Designer creating websites, platforms and apps tailored to the needs of end users and the business goals of our clients.
• Whilst the Client Team will be your home, you will also be part of the UX Team. You’ll help tweak our process, give and get feedback, follow trends and inspire UX colleagues with what you have learned on a project and vice versa.

What you have today

• Know-how about user- and customer experience in a marketing and communication context: e-commerce, websites, client portals.
• You’re convinced of the impact of usability but you also understand the value of branding, styling, storytelling, great content,… to convince customers.
• A true interest in websites and platforms as a communication solution and a drive for staying on top of novelties within your domain.
• You’re comfortable talking to clients. You’re able to present ideas and concepts in a convincing way. You have a coöperative mindset and lead the client to success with your professional approach.
• You have an analytical mind. You can process a lot of information, see what’s important and turn into a simple plan. You can communicate visually using wireframes, mind maps or sketches.
• Drive and Meticulousness. Or, simply put, an eye for detail and the will to make it work.

• You have experience with user testing: creating a scenario, preparing a prototype, welcoming and guiding users and summarizing the conclusions.
• You have experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma or Axure RP.
