Service Designer

🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Service Designer to help design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across customer journeys, operational processes, and digital interactions.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, operations, research, and business teams to identify pain points, improve workflows, and create meaningful service experiences that align with both user and business needs.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design and improve end-to-end customer and service experiences
• Map customer journeys, service blueprints, and operational workflows
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and experience analysis
• Identify service gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking activities
• Contribute to customer experience strategies and service innovation initiatives
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across service touchpoints
• Support continuous improvement through testing, feedback, and iteration

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in service design, UX design, customer experience, or related fields
• Strong understanding of human-centered design and service design methodologies
• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and operational frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in digital products, startups, or transformation projects is a plus
