What you’ll do

Customer Experience is a critical role within the Product, UX & CX team. Taking a customer-obsessed approach, you will be part of a team that design and deliver innovative solutions with the right balance between customer success, commercial viability, and operational efficiency.

You will use your strong story-telling skills to communicate and present the CX strategy and roadmap to senior stakeholders. Influence and collaborate with multiple internal/external stakeholders and manage the portfolio with the team from scoping through to delivery in a complex multi-project environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience and a true passion for optimising customer experience with strong relationships and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a sound knowledge of sports, racing and wagering
