The ideal candidate will a good background in Service Design. They will need to have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Designer
• Customer Research, Coordinating Design Research
• Customer Testing/Useability Testing
• Customer interviews, Conducting surveys and Facilitating workshops
• The ability to use design thinking. Be able to be an empathetic listener and a powerful storyteller. Be able to understand the value of ideation, iteration and experimentation.
• Broad experience in UX design and delivery of complex product solutions for customer service delivery environments
• Technical skills to help define user stories and identify potential problems with products and follows through to ensure all glitches are resolved prior to scheduled releases
• Previous experience in requirements gathering
• Experience with agile and lean methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with communicating to senior stake holders.
• Expertise and experience in all steps of the design process: research, prototyping and visual design
